Our Response to COVID-19

Dear Valued Customer,

As we continue to monitor Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments closely, we want our guests to know that the health and well-being of our customers and employees is of utmost importance to us. We value the trust that our guests place in our dealership, and wanted to send an update on the precautions we are taking to keep our guests and employees safe:

  • We have enhanced our sanitation protocols. In accordance with the latest CDC recommendations, our facility is receiving thorough cleaning 3+ times daily to protect against transmission of the Coronavirus. We will continue to monitor updates from the CDC, World Health Organization and local health departments to ensure we adhere and stay up to date with recommendations regarding your safety.
  • Our employees have received comprehensive guidance that outlines how to protect themselves and our guests.
  • We ask any guests who have been exposed to the Coronavirus and need assistance/service from our dealership to let us know via phone/email so we can help to arrange an alternate process of service.

We understand that limiting the impact this health event could have on our service to customers is imperative. To keep all guests as safe as possible, we'd like to remind you of a few of our offerings.

Service:  We will make efforts for pick-up/delivery for service customers on a case by case basis.  Please contact us at 816-787-0430 to make arrangements.

Sales: visit www.warehousepricing.com to initiate the car buying process from the comfort of your home or office.  By selecting the "Shopping Tools", "Financing Tools" or "Value Your Trade" options, here you'll be able to customize payments, have your vehicle appraised and choose financing options.  When ready, the appropriate paperwork will be delivered to your home/office along with the vehicle you have chosen.
